Healthwatch -  COVID-19 Survey

Healthwatch is the local watchdog for health and social care services in East Sussex. They have launched a COVID-19 survey to ask residents of East Sussex about their experiences of health, care and wellbeing services during lockdown. They will use this information to get a better understanding of the current situation and give feedback to service providers to help them in their delivery.
