An exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum on now until February 2017
The Victoria and Albert Museum in London is staging an exhibition about the politics, social movements and music of the late sixties. It covers 'Swinging London', student riots, the festival culture of Glastonbury to Woodstock and the growth of alternative lifestyles. The idealism,optimism and political and social struggles of the time are explored and how they continue to have an influence in today's world.
So if you can remember the sixties it would be good to go and relive memories of that time or if you were too young go and find out about an important period in our history.
